Exchanges and returns

The Shabama team creates its collections with care and attention to detail and materials. Of course, there's always the possibility that you might not be satisfied with your purchase, or that it might not suit your personality or style; in this case, you can always return the product.

All products are subject to a 30-day cooling-off period, which begins on the day you receive the last item in your order. The return process must be initiated within this period. The product can be returned when:

• The product is not damaged.
• The product is unused.
• The product is complete; with the original packaging,
• The deadline is 30 days according to the receipt.
• The defect is not outside the warranty period.

If the product does not meet the above conditions, depreciation may be applied. If the product can no longer be sold, depreciation may amount to 100%.

If you have received a damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible. Don't wait too long.

Product return

Send us an email to info@shabamapalma.com and we'll send you a form explaining how to proceed. Once we have the information, you'll receive a return label and can then ship the product back if you choose to use our service or if you decide to ship it yourself (details below).

Use sturdy packaging to pack the product, making sure it is well protected and cannot move freely to avoid damage during transport.

Don't forget to include the return form you'll receive by email. Otherwise, your return will likely be delayed.

When you return your item, you will receive a shipping label. Please keep this label in a safe place. Without it, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost during return shipping.

If the order contains promotional products, these must be returned if, due to the return, the order does not meet the conditions of the promotion.

We offer 2 return options:

1. We will email you the shipping label from our courier company (€4.99 will be deducted from the refund).
2. You can send the package yourself using your preferred courier service (shipping costs are your responsibility).

Grades:

If you choose a shipping company other than the one offered by Shabama Palma, the brand will not be responsible for any loss that the package may suffer during shipping, and it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in good condition.
If the order contains promotional products, these must be returned if, as a result of the return, the order does not meet the conditions of the promotion.
