If you ever find a manufacturing defect in your piece, it is covered by our guarantee.

The pieces are not made of steel, therefore they cannot get wet.

Our jewelry is designed to highlight your natural essence. If within 30 days no one tells you how great your new piece looks, we'll give you your money back. Because a Shabama jewel isn't just worn, it's felt and creates a wow effect.

We offer a 6-month warranty on all our parts, covering any manufacturing defects under the following conditions:

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use or mishandling.
• Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.
• Contact with water, fire, or unsuitable chemicals.
• Scratches, loss of shine or natural wear and tear due to frequent use and impacts.
• Discoloration due to high skin pH: When the skin's pH is higher (more alkaline), it can accelerate corrosion or wear of metals in contact with it, especially jewelry with thin coatings such as gold or silver plating. This process can lead to discoloration, loss of shine, or even wear away of the gold plating over time.
• Discoloration due to exposure to elements such as water, perfumes, soaps, lotions, or hair products.
• Damage from cleaning with non-recommended chemicals.
• Loss of components such as the back of earrings or stones.
