Changes

At Shabama, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Products can be returned if they are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a depreciation fee. If the product is damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please refer to the warranty page if you have any questions about the warranty period.

Product return

To make a return, please email info@shabamapalma.com and you will receive a return form and label. Use secure packaging and protect the product well. Don't forget to include the return form, or the process will be delayed. Please keep your proof of postage, as we are not responsible for losses without it.

If the order includes promotional products, they must be returned if the return invalidates the terms of the offer.

Return options:

1. Use our label (€4.99 discount on returns).
2. Send the package at your own expense, assuming the shipping costs.

If you use a shipping company other than the one offered, Shabama is not responsible for lost packages.
